Something's alway's happening in or around Michelle's
Kitchen. Here's a sample of the press we've had in the past.
...Caught Hugh: Hugh Grant has a big appetite for, er, food.
He was spotted at Michelle's Kitchen on Lexington Avenue,
wolfing down lobster bisque, liverwurst on rye, rigatoni with
sundried tomatoes, and a cookie. --A.J. Benza and Michael

First Food: Samir Billan of Michelle's Kitchen on East 61st
Street, was asked to cater an event at Riverside Park. Once
there, he found out it was for Hillary Clinton. Pretty Cool!
--A.J. Benza, Daily News
Dewi Sukarno gave a triple-header party. House-warming for
her Park Avenue apartment, birthday for her daughter (my god-child)
Karina Sukarno, congrats for David Koch and fiancée
Julia. Samir of Michelle's Kitchen catered the gourmet dinner
for 100. A dozen of the invitees were worth more than half
a billion dollars. Nice little group. --Cindy Adams, New York

Tony Danza double-parked a cab while he jumped into Michelle's
Kitchen for takeout turkey and a side of potatoes. --New York

Don't be surprised if you go to a dinner party in the Hamptons
this week-end and the spread was catered from Michelle's Kitchen
on Lexington Avenue. Owner Samir is getting calls from everyone.

Trends: Per Samir Billan, who owns Michelle's Kitchen, the
catering house, what they're hors d'oeuvring on in the Hamptons
is breaded shrimp, chicken pinwheels, stuffed mushrooms, filet
mignon on cocktail bread, brie with puff pastry... --Cindy

Picnic in the park, with a box lunch or gourmet basket from
Michelle's Kitchen. The menu ranges from an airy salmon mousse
to pasta to continental entrées, to delectable desserts,
with a choice of inventive and titillating salads such as
tabouli, lobster tail, or wild rice with walnuts. You can
eat here too, or have them cater any size party. --Sheldon
